Automotive Aftersales Director

Marshall Motor Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Aftersales Director to lead our aftersales operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive aftersales strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of aftersales professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of aftersales initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Proven track record of success in aftersales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the automotive retail sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the automotive retail market and its trends.
