Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary contact for customers, handling incoming product and service requests
- Complete enquiries at the point of sale, accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent service to the satisfaction of all customers
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Become fully conversant with all functions of our bespoke IT platform
- Comply with all relevant internal processes and procedures
- Ensure optimum levels of productivity are always being met
- Confident telephone manner and all-round communication skills
- Flexibility within the various roles within the team
- Maximise all commercial opportunities for the business
- Actively promote best practice and innovative solutions to the business
- Ensure pro-active communication to all areas within the group
- Undertake self-development and training to enhance skills to ensure achievement of both personal and business goals
- Ensure the highest quality of work in accordance with company and customer standards
- Ability to work under own initiative and within a team
- Hands-on processing of customer orders
- Consistently apply and demonstrate vehicle manufacturer and model knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred, but not essential
