Machine Minder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Minder to join our team in Wisbech, PE13 2RN. As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in the management of machines to meet production targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals
  • Monitor and report any issues or defects with machinery
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in machine maintenance or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and training skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
