We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Greencore. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency, and adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines on the production lines, ensuring due diligence and a right-first-time approach.
  • Monitor production to help attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve safety and performance KPIs.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to multiple machinery roles, contributing to a multi-skilled team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a food factory as a Machine Operator.
  • Good level of English and Maths skills.
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene principles.
