Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate machines in line with safety and quality procedures to ensure efficient production.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor production to help attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity and efficiency.
- Anomaly Reporting: Identify and report any anomalies or issues that may impact production.
- Workflow Organization: Organize workflow on the line to support daily production targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to attain safety and performance KPIs.
- Multiskilling: Willing to learn several machinery roles to be part of a multi-skilled team.
- Physical Demands: This role will entail minimum of 10KG lifting.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working in a food factory as a Machine Operator.
- Language and Math Skills: Good level of English and Maths.
- Health and Safety: Basic understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
- Independence: Ability to work unsupervised.
