Principal Planning Law Specialist

Allen Lane is seeking an experienced Principal Planning Law Specialist to join their team in the East Anglia area. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of planning and highways law, with experience of leading, managing or supervising a team of experienced professionals.
Key Requirements:
- At least two years of post-qualification experience preferably gained in a Local Authority setting
- Experience of advising on large-scale property development projects
- Ability to develop client relationships and identify areas for expansion of work
The estimated salary for this role is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
