Regional Specification Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Specification Manager to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Specification Manager, you will be responsible for managing site-based roofing projects within the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site surveys and manage contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct health and safety risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Visit multiple sites across the South of England to oversee project progress and provide technical support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the technical services team to develop and implement new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of roofing and construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
