Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Specification Manager to join our team at Euro Projects Recruitment. As a Regional Specification Manager, you will be responsible for managing site-based roofing projects across the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site surveys to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Visit multiple sites across the South of England to monitor project progress
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the roofing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction and roofing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
