Job Title: Specification Sales Manager Lighting Products

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including lighting designers, interior designers, and end-users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lighting sector.
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the lighting industry, with a strong understanding of the sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
