We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in challenging behaviours to join a welcoming primary school in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students with SEMH needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs.
- Implement behaviour management plans collaboratively.
- Plan and deliver tailored interventions.
- Buuild strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The salary range is competitive and reflects the importance of this role in supporting the educational and emotional wellbeing of students.
