**About the Job:**
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Cheshunt. As an SEN TA, you will be responsible for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a classroom and individual setting. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires a proactive approach to managing challenging behaviours and a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.

About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create tailored support plans for individual students. Your role will involve assisting students in both classroom and 1:1 settings, helping them develop their social and academic skills, and encouraging positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with ASD in both classroom and individual settings
- Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing tailored interventions to support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Salary and Benefits:
