As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' learning and growth. Your passion for education and experience working with youth will enable you to make a real difference in their lives.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position available in our partnered schools in the Broxbourne area. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans, supporting a range of special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Support classroom activities and assist in the development of individualized learning plans.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £19,100 per annum, plus opportunities for ongoing professional development. To be successful in this role, you will need a genuine interest in helping students succeed, previous experience working with children or young people, and an enhanced DBS clearance.
