We are seeking a Senior Psychiatrist to join our Older Adults team at St Mary's Hospital, Kettering.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead and develop our Older Adults service.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex mental health conditions and a passion for teaching and training junior doctors.

Key Responsibilities- To provide clinical leadership and management of the Older Adults service
- To develop and implement innovative treatments and interventions
- To supervise and mentor junior doctors and other healthcare professionals
- To contribute to the development of research and innovation within the trust
The ideal candidate will have:
- MRC Psych or equivalent qualification
- Full GMC registration and membership of the specialist register
- Experience of managing complex mental health conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this role is £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
