About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
