Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at St Mary's Surgery. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in a primary care setting.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care.
Requirements
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification (ideally at a Master's level).
- Experience working in a primary care setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
