Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at St Mary's Surgery. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in our primary care setting.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with our team to deliver effective patient care and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification (ideally at a Master's level) and current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Proven experience in primary care or a related field, with a strong understanding of clinical decision-making and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
