About the Role:

As an Education Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships within the education sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions, acting as their trusted advisor for all IT-related needs.
  • Client Growth: Identify and develop opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new solutions and services that align with the client's objectives.
  • Solution Selling: Offer a comprehensive suite of IT solutions, including IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery (DR), Managed Back-Up, Hardware, and Networking.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop IT strategies that support their educational goals, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technology.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and other departments to deliver seamless service and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in account management, particularly within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud, DR, Managed Back-Up, Hardware, and Networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
