Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement data, systems, and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and delivering all procurement processes, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of procurement processes, including Procurement Master Data, Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay, Spend Analytics, and Procurement reporting.
  • Own and manage supplier setup and maintenance processes, providing assurance and improvements.
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of Purchase to Pay process issues and optimize related processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be an expert in current and future procurement systems, providing support to the business and creating training for end users.
  • Drive team performance on productivity improvements using analytics and turning data into value-added insights.
Requirements
  • High-level knowledge of best practice processes, systems, and tools across procurement and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to influence others.
  • Comfortable collaborating at local, regional, and global levels on initiatives.
  • High level of self-motivation and tenacity to drive and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous project management experience from concept to implementation.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvements, savings, and best practices.
  • Technical expertise in procurement systems and tools, including SAP ERP MM & FI, BW, and Ariba.
