**Job Overview**

Compass Associates is a leading provider of care services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Home Improvement Manager to join our team.

As a Home Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to elderly individuals in Nottingham. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a 15% bonus and mileage expenses.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide excellent care services to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve care outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Multi-Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
