We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Property and Workplace team in Leeds as a Business Administration Apprentice. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including filing, scheduling, data entry, and finance support, as well as assisting with incoming and outgoing post, DX and courier deliveries.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Property and Workplace team, including filing, scheduling, data entry, and finance support.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing post, DX and courier deliveries.
- Support the team with records management, including archiving and retrieving documents.
- Engage with approved suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Produce high-quality hard copy documents in various sizes.
- Undertake printing requests from various applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Scan documents for distribution externally or storage in line with the e-filing policy.
- Manipulate and distribute electronic documents using specialized software.
- Assist with meeting room bookings, including updating the system, catering, IT requirements, and setting up video conference facilities and WebEx meetings.
- Creation and amendment of documents within the firm's house style guidelines.
- Opening of matters in the firm's document management system and filing of documents within agreed protocols.
- Assist with event organization.
- Complete training to ensure both technical and personal skill development.
- Undertake ad hoc departmental duties as identified by the manager.
