About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property and Workplace Apprentice to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our Property and Workplace team, you will provide administrative support to our colleagues and clients, while working towards the successful completion of a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and mentors, building a wide range of skills and experience by working across various departments, including Reprographics, Records Management, Mail Services, Front of House, Document Production, and Legal Administration.

Key responsibilities will include following internal procedural guidelines, dealing with queries and requests from internal and external clients, providing administrative support, and assisting with incoming and outgoing post, DX, and courier deliveries.

We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for learning, we would love to hear from you.
