Junior Sommelier – Beaconsfield – Boutique Hotel

Are you a wine enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a Junior Sommelier to support our lead sommelier in curating and serving an exceptional wine selection that delights every guest. You will be responsible for assisting with wine list updates, guiding guests through their wine choices, and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Junior Sommelier Duties:

  • Assisting with wine selection, purchasing, and stock management
  • Delivering exceptional wine service to enhance the guest dining experience
  • Learning and participating in wine tastings and ongoing staff training
  • Maintaining inventory, minimising wastage, and helping to achieve financial targets
  • Staying updated on wine trends and collaborating with the team to improve the wine offering
  • Supporting the front-of-house team with product knowledge to ensure the highest standards of service
