Job Description

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years teacher to join our partner school in Kettering. As a key member of the education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners, adhering to the EYFS framework.
  • Child Development and Progress: Regularly assess and track children's progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and promote academic growth.
  • Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring regular updates on progress and development.
  • Collaboration and Resource Sharing: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and ideas, promoting a culture of excellence in education.
  • Safeguarding: Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to established safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements and Compensation

  • Qualifications: A recognised Early Years teaching qualification, such as PGCE or EYTS.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and a creative approach to teaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £76,800 - £129,400, based on a daily rate of £150 - £250.
