Job Title: Primary School Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Primary School Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.

This role involves working in our Nursery, providing support for the care and education of primary school-aged children.

About Our Agency:

Vision for Education - Northampton is a reputable education supply agency committed to helping young people succeed.

We strive to be an attractive employer for talented educators and welcome applications from diverse candidates.

A daily rate of £140-£200 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications) is offered through PAYE.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality support for the care and education of primary school-aged children.
  2. Build strong relationships with parents, including regular updates and collaborative planning.
  3. Promote a nurturing environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
  4. Foster effective teamwork and maintain open communication channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Childcare qualification is required.
  • Proven experience working with primary school-aged children and those with SEND.
  • A genuine interest in supporting the progress of primary school pupils is essential.
