School Catering Manager

We are looking for a talented Chef to lead our school catering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for students, staff, and visitors during term time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare mouth-watering meals for pupils, staff, and visitors during term time.
- Oversee the catering service for our Nursery during school holidays when the Nursery remains open.
You should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be adaptable to changing situations.
Work Schedule- 35 hours per week during school term time.
- 25 hours per week during school holidays.
- 30 days paid holiday plus all bank holidays.
Standard working patterns will be Monday-Friday, but rotas may include occasional evening/weekend working for events. Advance notice of events and working patterns will be given to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is £26,443-£28,000, based on 35 hours per week during term time and 25 hours per week out of term time, averaging 28 hours paid per week. Additional benefits include a uniform and lunch provided.
