As a leading contract catering company in the education sector, Aspens Services Ltd specializes in providing exceptional school food experiences. We combine our understanding of the education industry with our knowledge of culinary trends to create innovative and exciting menus that delight students and staff.
We are now seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering healthy, nutritious, and fun menus for our students and staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing menus using provided recipes
- Ensuring Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety compliance
- Producing hospitality services as per client requests
- Supervising a team of culinary professionals
- Building relationships with clients and customers
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences
About You:
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional school food experiences. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Familiarity with education catering and fresh ingredients
- Food Hygiene level 2 & 3 (further training available)
- Excellent health and safety practices
- Computer literacy with experience using different systems
- Self-motivation, initiative, desire to learn, and ability to motivate others
