As a Key Stage 1 Teacher at our Northampton school, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students.
You will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and fosters social, emotional, and personal growth.
- Lesson Planning: Design and deliver engaging KS1 curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to different learning styles.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about student progress, attend parent-teacher conferences, and respond to parental inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement school policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Annual Salary: £200-£230, paid according to MPS/UPS scales.
