Compliance Monitoring Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead our team in Derby. As Compliance Monitoring Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our technological initiatives forward and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing IT projects from conception to completion.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in leading IT development and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
  • You possess strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with MRP systems like EFACS, and knowledge of Javascript/SQL.
