Commercial Insurance Broker

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional insurance solutions to clients, building strong relationships, and understanding the insurance needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Understand and meet the insurance needs of customers.
- Grow new and existing client and insurer relationships.
- Work closely with Board and Account Executives to provide advice.
- Act as a mentor and reference point for technical assistance.
- Work within agreed compliance and regulation guidelines.
- Handle new and existing commercial insurance risks.
- Deal with quotations, renewals, MTA's, policy issue, etc.
- Assist in driving a high performing culture.
- Understand a client or prospect's business, situations, opportunities, and key challenges.
- Manage senior relationships and negotiate complex placements with the insurance market.
- Experience within the commercial insurance broking marketplace.
- Knowledge of most cross classes of commercial insurance risk.
- Ability to identify appropriate placing markets.
- Experience of pricing and designing programmes.
- Grow new and existing client and insurer relationships.
- Work closely with Board and Account Executives to provide advice.
- Preferably CII qualified or working towards the CII qualification.
- A good knowledge of the insurance market in order to address client and technical issues.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Good presentation abilities.
- Act as a mentor and reference point for technical assistance.
- Work within agreed compliance and regulation guidelines.
- Assist in driving a high performing culture.
- Ability to understand a client or prospect's business, situations, opportunities, and key challenges.
- Ability to manage senior relationships and negotiate complex placements with the insurance market.
