Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Audio Operations Manager to join our team at MiGrowth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient implementation of equipment preparation processes and coordination of work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Maintain open communication with Department Heads, Warehouse Management Team, Asset Coordinators, and Planning Team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Liaise with Department Managers and the Planning Team to ensure client needs are met and the best solutions are proposed.
- Implement preparation standards and processes to ensure all sites prepare equipment efficiently to the same high standards.
- Work with the live productions admin team to deliver required customs paperwork.
- Discuss options with the Assets Team/Planning Managers when equipment is not available, offering alternatives and solutions where possible.
Requirements:
- Development and implementation of processes and procedures.
- Ability to anticipate problems and find solutions by respecting operational processes and policies.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of stock systems and equipment scheduling.
