Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Manager to oversee the planning, monitoring, and execution of AV operations in all commercial areas of our venues. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless AV experiences for our clients, managing a team of AV technicians, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • AV Operations Management: Plan, monitor, and oversee AV operations in all commercial areas, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of AV technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their AV needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of AV assets, including spares, cables, connectors, accessories, and adapters.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of AV equipment, including regular checks and minor repairs.
  • Contract Management: Manage AV contracts, including PPM service contracts, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Project Management
  • AV Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and team members, ensuring AV equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all AV services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in AV technology, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in AV operations management, team management, and client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
