Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health and wellbeing, identifying areas of concern and developing targeted interventions.
  • Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to patients and their families, addressing their emotional and practical needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Nursing degree or equivalent, registered with the NMC, and active practicing status.
  • Proven experience in health visiting, preferably within the UK, with a strong understanding of local healthcare systems and policies.
