Glasgow-based Operations Director Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned operations expert to lead our Glasgow office and drive success across our global fleet. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance vessel performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Master Mariner/Chief Engineer/Naval Architect or similar level qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in marine operations
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our CEO to develop and implement business growth strategies. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
