At Grant Thornton, we're seeking an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join our expanding national team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping businesses and employees navigate the complexities of employment tax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment tax issues, including PAYE, NIC, and IR35.
  • Help employers optimize their pay and benefits structures to achieve cost savings.
  • Manage employment tax compliance and mitigate risks associated with year-end reporting and other employment tax obligations.
  • Contribute to employment tax reviews, including due diligence, health checks, and standalone reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Employment Tax and Employer Solutions group on various projects and clients.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and project leadership abilities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in employment tax.
