Job Title: Employment Tax Manager

At Grant Thornton, we are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Manager to join our expanding national Employment Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advising our diverse client base on a range of employment tax issues, including PAYE, NIC, and IR35.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment tax matters, including PAYE, NIC, and IR35
  • Help employers gain cost savings through effective pay and benefits reward structures
  • Manage Employment Tax compliance and mitigate internal and external risks
  • Assist with Employment Tax reviews, including due diligence and healthchecks
  • Play an integral role in the Employment Tax and wider Employer Solutions group
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work lead on projects
  • At least 3-years' experience in Employment Tax
