At Grant Thornton, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our expanding national Employment Tax team. As an Employment Tax Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping businesses and employees navigate the complexities of employment tax.

About the Role

As an experienced Manager within our Employment Tax team, you'll:

  • Advise clients on a range of employment tax issues, including PAYE, NIC, and IR35.
  • Help employers optimize their pay and benefits structures to achieve cost savings.
  • Manage Employment Tax compliance and mitigate internal and external risks.
  • Assist with Employment Tax reviews, including due diligence, healthchecks, and standalone reviews.
  • Contribute to the Employment Tax and Employer Solutions group, working on interesting projects and clients.
  • Build the reputation of the Employment Tax team and Grant Thornton through quality work.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and project leadership experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Employment Tax.
