Internal Sales Role

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This flexible role offers both part-time and full-time options, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted businesses to schedule qualified sales appointments.
  2. Collaborate with a supportive team of internal sales professionals to drive sales growth.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate how services can add value to their business.
  5. Manage and improve the prospect database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Conduct thorough research to identify new leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of making outbound calls.
  2. Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior decision-makers.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Located within commuting distance to Shirley, Solihull.
