Internal Sales Executive Opportunity

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time and full-time options.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish relationships with key decision-makers at targeted businesses to schedule qualified sales appointments.
  2. Collaborate with a supportive team of internal sales professionals to drive sales growth.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate the value of services.
  5. Maintain and enhance the prospect database to drive future sales efforts.
  6. Conduct research to identify new leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of making outbound calls.
  2. Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior decision-makers.
  3. Excellent telephone manner, time management, and self-motivation.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  5. Located within commuting distance to Shirley, Solihull.
