About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administration support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering queries, directing referrals, and managing data flow.
- Take minutes and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects, utilizing your creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams, with experience of using these tools to support administrative tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- Compassionate and caring approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
