Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our UK team, working closely with and reporting directly to the Director of Inside Sales UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Director of Inside Sales UK on strategic decisions and initiatives
  2. Provide comprehensive data analysis and insights to support informed decision-making
  3. Collaborate on long-term planning for team growth and development
  4. Identify and communicate market trends and opportunities to inform business strategy
Team Leadership & Development
  1. Lead and inspire a team of 16 Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and 2 Team Leaders
  2. Coach and mentor Team Leaders, supporting their growth as first-time people managers
  3. Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  4. Implement strategies for team expansion and talent acquisition
Strategic Sales Management
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  2. Set ambitious yet achievable targets for the inside sales team
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Performance Optimisation
  1. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales function
  2. Drive high activity levels and productivity across the team
  3. Implement and optimise sales processes and technologies to enhance efficiency
Client Relationship Management
  1. Oversee key account strategies and personally handle high-value client relationships
  2. Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Cross-functional Collaboration
  1. Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams
  2. Contribute valuable market insights to product development processes
  3. Provide sales team feedback to inform product improvements and new offerings
Reporting & Analytics
  1. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to the Director and senior leadership
  2. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy
  3. Develop actionable recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the gift card or prepaid products industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing strategic support to senior leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
