  • Sales Operations
    • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage sales data, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing a team and leading sales operations.
  • Skills
