Sales Administrator

Our client, a leading beauty company based in Hemel Hempstead, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their growing sales team and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Update sales reporting on a weekly basis to track sales performance and customer engagement
- Prepare and submit customer new product line forms to customers in a timely manner
- Provide customer support by accessing customer portals and providing information, documents, and assets as requested
- Update internal product information sheets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support the sales team in completing internal documents for retailer promotions and verify invoices to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Previous experience in a sales supporting role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week spent in the office
