Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our teams in Swindon. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to adults in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with mobility and transferring clients within the home
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as required
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements
  • Able to work flexibly, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
  • Right to Work in the UK (we do not offer Health and Care Worker visas)

Estimated Salary Range

£18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
