Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Operative to join our team in the Louth area. The successful candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, previous experience within a Warehouse environment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Blown Film Extruder safely and efficiently
  • Assist with order and blend changes, complete filter and die face cleans as required
  • Maintain raw material supplies and material feed
  • Carry out removal and bailing of scrap product
  • Ensure machine operating efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Warehouse environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 25kg

Working Hours:

The role will involve Continental Shifts, working 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 off, with 12-hour shifts. This may also involve working 1 week, Monday to Thursday, with days following Monday to Wednesday nights.

Salary: £11.94 per hour.
