Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient administration relating to the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, and training records.
  • Support with preparation of correspondence related to employee relations, pay awards, and benefits.
  • Confident working with data entry, Excel, and systems.

Requirements:

  • Payroll and HR administration experience is essential.
  • A good understanding of end-to-end Human Resource processes administration, including the preparation and checking of payroll data.
  • Experience of successfully providing first-line advice and guidance within an HR department.
  • Advanced user of MS Office programmes, particularly Word and Excel spreadsheets, as well as systems and databases.
  • Confident, clear, and effective communication skills – both written and verbal.

About the Role:

This is an office-based role, with hybrid working and flexibility available if required. You will be joining a busy HR team and will have the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation.
