About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Facilities Management at zeroG - AI in Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities and providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ticket Management: Manage and resolve facilities and IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all requests are met within the required service level agreements.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our membership team, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Space Audits: Work closely with our membership managers to conduct space audits, providing valuable insights to support operational excellence.
  4. Facilities Management: Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure consistent service delivery across all spaces, maintaining high standards of safety, security, and maintenance.
  5. Contractor Management: Monitor and support the performance of facilities and IT contractors, ensuring that they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality services.
  6. Health and Safety: Work with the facilities manager to ensure that health and safety standards are enforced, and emergency procedures are in place and regularly reviewed.
  7. Emergency Response: In the absence of the facilities manager, take control of emergency situations and evacuation plans, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
  8. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and processes, implementing changes as required to enhance the overall member experience.
  9. Document Management: Assist the facilities manager in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and tender processes.
  10. Quality Assurance: Ensure that policies, procedures, and levels of service are consistent across the business, maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.
Success Metrics

Your success in this role will be measured against the following key performance indicators (KPIs), which contribute directly to the overall performance goals of your team:

  1. Ticket Resolution Rate: The percentage of tickets resolved within the required service level agreements.
  2. Internal Facilities Feedback Score: The level of satisfaction reported by internal stakeholders regarding facilities and IT services.
  3. Space Audit Scores: The quality and accuracy of space audits conducted by your team.
  4. Area NPS Score: The net promoter score of your team, indicating the level of satisfaction and loyalty among members.
