Retail Business Development Manager

The L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division is a world leader in dermocosmetics, with iconic brands like La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, and SkinCeuticals. We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
- Create bespoke retailer plans in line with our medical DNA, supporting the medicalisation of our brands and contributing to making them leaders in consumer first in-store activations.
- Build best-in-class retailer strategy decks grounded in data insights, working hand-in-hand with commercial and marketing teams.
- Own the range review process from a brand side, collaborating with marketing, commercial, and category teams to sign off.
- Lead forecasting, including the monthly brand forecasting process, liaising closely with supply chain teams.
- Respect the Brand DNA, keeping up-to-date with brand values and vision, new launches, and key brand moments.
- Own merchandising by retailer, working hand-in-hand with marketing and visual merchandising teams.
- Medicalise the in-store category execution/shopper experience, reflecting our medical-first mindset.
- Improve range navigation at point of sale, collaborating closely with visual merchandising teams.
- Lead the briefing of retailer-specific assets, adapting content where necessary.
- Monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities.
- Report EPOS cascading weekly insights to update the team on performance and action plan for growth.

Requirements
- Experience in retail business development or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritise tasks, and drive projects forward autonomously.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
