Job Details

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching Year 6 classes and preparing students for the transition to secondary school.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintaining high expectations and a respectful classroom atmosphere, upholding school policies and supporting positive behavior management.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary school teaching experience, ideally in upper Key Stage 2.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching with a track record of fostering student progress and engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to planning and teaching.
  • A commitment to contributing positively to the school community and helping students achieve their full potential.
