**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.

**Responsibilities:** Develop and implement high-quality lesson plans that promote academic excellence and social growth, assess and track student progress, use this information to inform your teaching strategies, and make data-driven decisions, foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates on student progress, collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop innovative teaching resources, and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

**Requirements:** A recognised Early Years teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYTS, or equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative and caring approach to teaching and learning.
