Job Description: We are recruiting a highly skilled Early Years teacher to work in a primary school around Kettering, England.

Job Details: This is a full-time position, long term contract with a competitive salary range of £76,800 to £129,400 per year, equivalent to £150 to £250 per day.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing children's progress, and building strong relationships with parents and carers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Planning and Implementation: Create and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  2. Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate children's progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed.
  3. Communication: Establish open lines of communication with children, parents, and carers, ensuring regular updates on progress.
  4. Collaboration: Work with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching resources.
  5. Safeguarding: Adhere to established safeguarding policies to maintain a secure learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Recognised Early Years teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYTS).
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Passionate about early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
